2. Tenderers are advised that questions submitted between 25 December to 3 January will not be viewed through this period due to Christmas shutdown.

Conditions for Participation:

1. Evidence of Builders Licence - The Tenderer must be a licenced builder in accordance with the ACT Construction Occupations (Licensing) Act 2004.

2. Building Code 2016 - Demonstrate compliance with the Building Code 2016

Timeframe for Delivery:

The NPGA anticipates that any contractual arrangement resulting from this RFT will commence March 2021 and be finalised by June 2021.
