Residential Inspection Reports

⁠⁠⁠Request for Quotations Number 19AS2021Q0002: Housing inspection reports. The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for Housing inspection report services located in the States and Territories of Australia. The Embassy intends to hold a virtual pre-proposal conference. All prospective offerors who have received a solicitation package are invited to attend. The conference will be held at the U.S. Embassy Canberra, Australia on Thursday the 10th of December 2020. Time 11:00 am AEST.

This pre-proposal conference can be attended remotely only via digital video conference or via a voice telephone line.

If you wish to join the meeting, please indicate whether you will join via voice-only telephone line or by video, please send the name of your company and the names of participants to kundso@state.gov no later than December 9, 2020 and request the dialing instructions.

Your quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Quotation 19AS2021Q0002 Enclosed" to the Contracting Officer: Ryan Ruta, Moonah Place, Yarralumla, ACT 2600 on or before 4:00 pm AEST on January 6, 2021.

Alternatively, electronic quotations may be submitted with “Quotation 19AS2021Q0002 Attached” reference in the subject line to the following email address Kundso@state.gov on or before 4:00 P.M. AEST on January 5, 2021 which is one day prior to the printed proposal due date. No electronic proposals will be accepted after this time.

In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:
1. Section 1, The Schedule;
2. Information requested in Section 3, Solicitation Provisions;
3. Section 5, Representations and Certifications

The contract resulting from this solicitation may be awarded to multiple vendors, based on availability and technical acceptability of services in various geographic regions. The type of contract will be a fixed price, indefinite delivery – indefinite quantity contract, with no
adjustment for any escalation in costs or prices of labor or materials. Each offeror will be responsible for determining the amount of labor, equipment and materials that will be required to deliver the product, and for pricing its proposal accordingly.
