The Project is funded by the NSW Government and is being procured and delivered by Transport.

Transport is inviting suitably experienced and qualified organisations to participate in the tender process for the Project.

To successfully participate in the tender process for the Project, organisations:

1.  Must be, in Transport’s opinion, a bona fide service provider or consortium who has the capabilities and experience to play a significant role in a consortium, or to act as a service provider in its own right, to deliver the Contamination Specialist services.
2.  Complete and submit the Registration Form at Attachment 1 to this Request for ROI and the Confidentiality Deed Poll at Attachment 2 and 3 to this Request for ROI and the Data Room User Access Request Form at Attachment 4 to this Request for ROI

Transport will exclude Registrants who are conflicted with the D&C Contractor, Independent Verifier and/or other independent service providers to Sydney Gateway.

Transport may consider creating a new prequalification panel of Contamination Specialist service providers with Standing Offer arrangement as a result of this procurement exercise.

Without any obligation to do so, where the integrity of the tender process is not compromised, Transport may determine (in its absolute discretion) that it is appropriate to consider a late tender submission.

All applicants must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework), NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct (NSW Code) and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement (NSW Guidelines).
