Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Council is inviting tender submissions from Contractors and Plant Hire Companies for the supply of hire plant on a casual basis. The hire period is from 1 March 2021 until 28 February 2022. During the hire period, Council is expected to require various plant items including trucks, general earthmoving machinery and some small plant. Tenders must be completed on Council's standard form.

An information session will be held in the Binnaway Hall on Monday, 7 December 2020 at 5:00 pm. To attend this meeting, please register with Roz Tolmie on (02) 6849 2000.


Tenders must be submitted in accordance with tender conditions and must be received by 2:00 pm on Thursday, 28 January 2021.
Contractors may be required to undergo random drug and alcohol testing pursuant to Council's Alcohol and Other Drugs policy and procedure.
