Expression of Interest are sought for the sale of all assets Warrego hols a right, title or interest in. Warrego is the registered owner of Mineral Lease 30888 (ML30888), located 24km North-West of Tennat Creek, Northern Territory.

Expression of interest are sought in respect of the following items:

• ML30888 - 306 hectares expiring on 9 July 2025;
• Mining infrastructure including the Warrgo Mill (300Kt CIL gold processing plant) and all associated mining and processing infrastructure located on ML30888;
• MInerals situated in the Tailings Dam ML30888 and;
• All approvals and available records necessary for the conduct of processing at the Warrego Mill
