Neurological Foundation of New Zealand (NFNZ) is looking for a Supplier to provide ongoing information technology services for the core NFNZ organisation office environment, including support for seamless remote working.
ABOUT THE TENDERER: The Neurological Foundation is a New Zealand charity that since 1971 has been funding vital research and ongoing education into neurological conditions. See neurological.org.nz
We employ approximately 15 full-time staff and work with associated committees and forums, corporate and research partners.
ABOUT THE TENDER: NFNZ is looking for a Supplier to provide ongoing information technology services for the core NFNZ organisation office environment or 15 full-time staff, including support for seamless remote working. This includes the design, deployment, management, and day to day operation of:
- Office desktop hardware e.g. Windows laptops, Mac desktop and laptop, printers, monitors, scanners
- MS Office suite
- On-premises fileserver(s) for our legacy CRM system and shared media drive
- Digital creative software and support for managing Digital Assets
- Cloud-based videoconference / collaboration
- On-premises PABX
- Office network infrastructure and secure remote access to NFNZ on-premises technology
- SharePoint for file storage and collaboration
- Credentials "Dark Web IDTM" security assessment and security management
SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Tenders close at 17:00 (NZDT) on 15 January 2021 and submissions must be fully received by this time. Neurological Foundation of New Zealand is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. NFNZ staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
