Fremantle Ports is offering a lease of the site known as Lot R50B Sultan Way, Rous Head Industrial Park in North Fremantle. The site is being offered for port related activities.

ROUS HEAD INDUSTRIAL PARK
Parties are invited to respond to a Request for Proposal ('RFP') on the lot described as Lot R50B.
Property: The land area being offered is 28,016m2
Legal description: The land area is contained within Lot 10, Certificate of Title Volume 2786, Folio 652 under Deposited Plan 69297.
Location: Within the Rous Head Industrial Park Precinct.

LOCATION
The property is situated in the Rous Head Industrial Park precinct and all land immediately surrounding the property accommodates typical industrial land uses associated with the operation of a modern port.

SITE FEATURES
The property enjoys the benefit of four crossovers to Sultan Way. There is a fifth crossover to Rous Head Road in the south-easer, however this is only to be as an emergency exit.
The site is considered to be in a good location and has excellent exposure.
The land is improved with a warehouse complex which was initially developed in the mid 1990's. A secondary repair shed was built later circa 2001. The remainder of the site is developed with hardstand, driveways/crossovers, parking areas, and fencing.
