The Department of Transport & Main Roads (DTMR) is inviting Proposals from suitable qualified and experienced contractors to participate (if shortlisted) in an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) procurement process to design and construct the Coomera Connector Stage 1 North from Shipper Drive to Helensvale Road Project (CN-14818 and CN-15367).

Organisations having the prequalification levels of R4/B4/A3 & F150+ with Austroads together with demonstrated urban road design and construction experience on a project to the value of at least $350 million in the last ten years, and DTMR's Engineering Consultant levels of BD3, CE3, GE3, HE3, HD2, ITS3 and TE3 are welcome to submit their interest by emailing CC_SD2HR@tmr.qld.gov.au with their Company name, ABN number and prequalification status – documents will only be issued to suitably qualified organisations

Please note that the Queensland Procurement Policy (QPP) 2019 which now includes the Ethical Supplier Threshold and Ethical Supplier Mandate, Building Code 2016, Queensland Government Code of Practice for the Building and Construction Industry and Australian Government Building and Construction Industry WHS Accreditation Scheme apply to this project.
