⁠⁠⁠Central Coast Council - Request for Proposal REAL PROPERTY ASSETS SALES PANEL

Central Coast Council is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced Real Estate Agencies for the provision of Real Property Sales Services ('Proposed Panel Arrangement').

Council is seeking to use this Request for Proposal as a basis for entering into a Panel Arrangement with up to 20 Proponents where the Proponents meet Council's requirements and are the top 20 ranked Proponents specialising in Real Property Sales across Council's five Wards and under the classification of Real Property Sales for Development.
