Request for Major Office Accomodation Lease - Hobart CBD

⁠⁠⁠The Tasmanian Government has a requirement to lease approximately 8,800m2 of modern, efficient and cost effective accomodation in one building or across two buildings in close proximity with associated car parking within the Hobart CBD.

The Department of Treasury and Finance is seeking submissions from building owners through a Request for Major Office Accommodation Lease (RMOAL) comprising of two packages of office space with 1,800m2 being available no later October 2021 and 7,00m2 available no later than August 2025.
