Sale of Vacant Land-Locked Lots – Stuart St, MONTO

⁠⁠⁠North Burnett Regional Council is seeking tender offers for the sale of vacant, land locked lots at Stuart Street, Monto Queensland 4630 (behind Archer Street), described as Lots 11 to 21 on RP 889714, comprising each of approximately 0.08ha (800m2) of vacant residential land.

A tender submission form with a survey plan of the allotments for sale is available at a Council Administration Centre.

Prospective tenderers must read tender instructions carefully, as you will be asked to agree to specific tender conditions, including acknowledging to purchase on an as-is basis.

NOTE – sale will not be actioned until after 5th January 2021, to allow for Christmas Closure.

Written tenders should be clearly marked “Confidential – Tender Number 2919_2020-21_QTB_24” and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, PO Box 390, Gayndah Qld 4625.

Council may invite applicants to change their tender in accordance with the Local Government Act and Section 228(7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. No submission will be accepted after the closing date. The highest, or any tender, may not necessarily be accepted. All tenders will be responded to by email or mail.

Canvassing of elected representatives will disqualify prospective tenderers.
