These works from part of a new residential community comprising 555 lots in Perth's fast growing south-eastern corridor. Well located, this site is approximately 23km from Perth CBD with good access to Armadale Road and Tonkin Highway.
Stage 1 Stage 1 Landscape and Irrigation Construction Works includes public open space and streetscapes works. Works will include retaining walls, structures and shelters playground, entry signage, furniture and typical softworks and irrigation works.
