Tender Description
The City of Stonnington is undertaking a comprehensive suburb-by-suburb post-contact heritage review program to ensure that appropriate heritage controls are applied through the planning scheme. This is being achieved by reviewing documents for places already within the Heritage Overlay, as well as systematically identifying, and preparing documents for places that warrant inclusion in the Heritage Overlay.
The program commenced in early 2020 with the commissioning of a study for the suburb of Malvern. This brief is for Part 2 of the program, which provides for heritage reviews to be undertaken for Toorak and Kooyong (Project 2A), and the Armadale (Project 2B). Tenderers may submit to undertake Project 2A (Option1), Project 2B (Option 2), or both.
