Civil Design and Construction Works Design and Construction of the Project for Jackson St Landfill Extension (101241)
The Principal requires a project to extend the Jackson Street Landfill waste disposal facility, through the construction of a new cell within the quarry void. A preliminary design has been completed and an updated EPN has been issued by the EPA for the entirety of the site. The intention is to maximise the amount of space available to be filled with putrescible waste material. The project will also encompass leachate collection connected to the existing infrastructure and discharging to the TasWater sewer as well surface water / sub-liner drainage systems.
