Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the construction of Stages 2 & 3 of the Mooloolaba Transport Corridor Upgrade (MTCU) from the intersection of Walan St and Brisbane Rd to Mayes Canal Bridge, with works including the road upgrade to four lanes and the construction of a new bridge at Mayes Canal.
This is a lump sum construction contract with works to include but not be limited to:
- Development of all relevant site based management plans
- Site surveys or investigations as deemed necessary by the Contractor
- Coordination of service relocation / protection with Telstra, NBN, Optus, TPG, APA Gas, Energex and Unitywater
- Drainage upgrade
- Road construction
- Bridge construction
- Landscaping works
- Lighting and electrical installation
- Appropriate environmental management
- Principal Contractor responsibilities under relevant safety legislation
- Traffic and pedestrian management – maintain driveway access etc
- Supply of RPEQ certified as-constructed and quality documentation.
