Hutt City Council are invited for the earthworks and civil works associated with Wise Street Extension Stage Two, Wainuiomata as described in the Contract Documents.

A subdivision at No 246 Wise Street will be under construction at the same time as this contract. The Contractor will be required to provide access to this site, and also Nos 221 and 248, and construct works as specified in Section 1 Preliminary and General of the Specifications. The Contractor is to make themselves familiar with this Section of the Specifications prior to submitting a tender. All works are to be undertaken for the purposes as described within the Contract Documents.

Conditions of Tendering shall be in accordance with NZS3910:2013 Conditions of Contract for Building and Civil Engineering Construction, except as modified within the Contract Documents. Tenders shall be deposited at the offices of Hutt City Council, 30 Laings Road, Lower Hutt.
