DevelopmentWA is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably experienced companies to purchase and develop Superlot D (17.8828ha) located within the Exmouth Marina.
EOI submissions addressing the criteria outlined within this document, including demonstrated experience, delivery structure, financial capacity and project vision, are to be submitted to DevelopmentWA no later than 2pm (AWST, UTC+8) Thursday, 11th February 2021. Late responses may not be accepted
