Supply and Delivery of Industrial Metal Shredder Machine

The Torres Shire Council are inviting capable and experienced tenderers for the supply and delivery of an industrial metal shredder machine.
Each tenderer should carefully read all the terms and conditions set out herein in the Specific Conditions of Contract, Tender Specification and General Conditions of Contract to which each tenderer is bound by upon the submission of a tender.

Any condition not agreed to must be clearly and separately identified in Section 5.13 of the tender offer and an alternative counteroffer be proposed.
It is at the sole discretion of Torres Shire Council for non-conforming tenderers to be considered. Torres Shire Council is not obliged to consider any non-conforming, illegible, or incomplete tender submission. Non-conforming Tender submissions are to be accompanied with a conforming Tender submission and clearly articulate to a layperson the non-conforming elements of the Tender submission.
