Waterfront Project - Western Foreshore Play Structures Construction

⁠⁠⁠The City of Mandurah (City) is seeking submissions for the construction of the Play Structures as part of the Mandurah Waterfront Project.

This tender includes the supply, delivery and construction of all components for two custom designed Play Structures for the Western Foreshore Play Space, the Play Tower and Cubby-Pods in accordance with the specification.

These are two key, custom, local themed, site specific Play Structures for Western Foreshore, regional level, Play Space:

1. A landmark high Play Tower (with different levels to 12m) and a ramp to 3m high, with associated play components (Located adjacent to the fenced play area and within the Play Space)

2. Cubby-Pods with boardwalk access associated with the lower levels of existing trees (Located within the fenced play area which forms one part of the overall Western Foreshore Play Space)

The Requirements to be provided by the Tenderer, under the proposed Contract, are set out in Part 2 - Specification.
