This contract is for intersection improvement work at two locations within the Carterton District Council Network. The details of the Separable Portions are presented below.
Separable Portion One: Carters Line/Kokotau/Moreton/Para
This site involves the intersection improvements of Carters Line/Kokotau/ Moreton and Para Roads
The contract works include the following:
- New right-turn bay, road widening, and pavement on Carters Line.
- Alteration to a no-exit road on Kokotau
- New pavement, and upgrading of culvert on Moreton Road.
- New road layout, pavement and installation of culvert on Para Road.
Separable Portion Two: Waihakeke/Para
This site involves the intersection improvements of Waihakeke/Para Roads
The contract works include the following:
- New geometric design, road widening, and pavement on Waihakeke Road
- New geometric design, road widening, and pavement on Para Road.
