Tender Description

Rotorua Lakes Council are proposing to undertake staged redevelopment of the existing CBD lakefront recreation area. The proposed redevelopment will encompass a world class promenade and boardwalk, improved informal and formal play areas, improved water access, linkage to cycle networks, and provide opportunities for commercial activity.

 
This RFT is for construction of a new toilet block facility as part of Stage 2 works of the development. These works include the construction of a new toilet block and some hard landscaping.
 
Enabling works, including services diversions and preload for the new playground and toilet block have commenced and are due to be completed by March 2021.
 
A level of innovation and value management ideas from tenderers is anticipated. Tenderers are encouraged to propose any design improvements, potential cost savings, innovative design solutions etc. as part of their response
