SERVICE REQUIRED:
The Northern Beaches Council operates four parking stations in Manly using Skidata Australasia Pty Ltd equipment, Parking Logic and PlateTech software.
The scope of works contained within this Request for Tender includes the ongoing planned and reactive maintenance of both the parking software and hardware of infrastructure at the following locations:
Whistler Street Car Park
5A Market Lane, Manly NSW 2095
Peninsula Car Park
25 Wentworth St, Manly NSW 2095
Pacific Waves Car Park
9-15 Central Ave, Manly NSW 2095
Manly National Car Park
22 Central Ave, Manly NSW 2095
Tenderers may choose to submit a Tender for all services contained within this Request for Tender or one of the individual components as outlined below.
Hardware Maintenance
1. Preventative maintenance of hardware
2. Reactive maintenance of hardware
3. Spare parts
Software Maintenance
1. Preventative maintenance of software
2. Reactive maintenance of software
3. Software version upgrades
The scope of works contained within this Request for Tender shall be under a Lump Sum Contract
The awarded Contract term will be three (3) years with four (4) one-year extension options available at Council's discretion.
