Licence to Operate Food Van/Trailer at Blue Mile Wollongong Harbour

⁠⁠⁠Invitation to Quote to engage a licensee to occupy a site along The Blue Mile Wollongong Harbour, Wollongong to operate a food/beverage van/trailer adjacent to the Continental Pool, as shown on the plan attached to the draft licence agreement subject to relevant planning approvals. The applicant will be required to supply the vehicle and it will be required to remain on site for the term of licence. The proposed term is 1 year and it is anticipated to commence December/January 2021.

Wollongong Harbour and The Blue Mile attracts a broad range of domestic and international visitors each year and is a major tourist destination for Wollongong the wider region. It is a busy precinct which generates significant foot traffic due to the high-quality community infrastructure and pristine views.

The Licence is for the use of a specific site with existing services including water and sewer to facilitate the location of a food van/trailer which is built/customised to provide a high quality and creative food and beverage offering.
