Tender Description
General Scope of Supply:
The scope of work is for the supply of Screen Hanging Packer and Seal Receptacle (c/w contingent packer and seal assembly if primary hanger fails pressure test), Hydraulic Set Open Hole Packer Systems and optional Water Reactive Swellable Packer Systems in the lower completion. The upper completion will include at a minimum a seal assembly to tie-back the upper completion to surface with
optional circulating device.
The scope of supply shall also include the provision of all associated technical and operational support, field personnel to install/supervise installation of equipment, office-based engineering support including for thermal elongation, buckling and stress modelling. Setting, re-positioning and retrieval procedures, logistical support and tracking, and QA/QC.
Delivery of the Goods shall be to the Company’s Point of Delivery in metro Perth, Western Australia.
The Goods may include but not be limited to:
• Completion tie-back seal assembly (floating and latched options).
• Screen/Liner Hanger polished bore receptacle (with latching profile option).
• Screen/Liner Hanger
• Contingent Screen/Liner Top Packer
• Landing Nipple Profiles (optional)
• Open Hole Zonal Isolation - Hydraulic/Hydrostatic Set Packers.
• Open Hole Zonal Isolation – Water Reactive Swellables (optional).
• Upper String Circulation Device (optional).
Note: Company may, in its sole discretion, elect to procure the liner hanger separately to the remainder of the Completion Equipment.
Pre-Qualification Requirements:
• Must have a minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in supply to the oil and gas industry.
• Must have a list of past project experience and preferably in delivering to projects in Australia.
• Must have an ISO quality system and OSHAS or similar certifications.
• Must have storage capability for the manufactured products
