City of Marion is seeking is priced proposal for the replacement of the existing 14 airconditioning units on the roof of the Administration Building at 245 Sturt Road, Sturt.
Tenderers are to propose makes and models of energy efficient and environmentally friendly airconditioning units. This priced proposal includes decommissioning and removal of the existing units, and supply, installation and commissioning of the new units. The existing units are in three groupings. Each grouping is to be removed and replaced before commencing on the next grouping. The three groups are to be carried out consecutively, with works completed this financial year and during a period of lower reliance on airconditioning. Cranage or similar will be required. The proposal includes supply and installation of a BMS, using a Marion nominated subcontractor.
