Goulburn-Murray Water (GMW) is the owner and manager of significant landholdings across Northern Victoria. GMW has been working in partnership with Regional Development Victoria, Mansfield Council, Murrindindi Shire and Tourism North East to develop the Lake Eildon Tourism Masterplan.
The plan identifies opportunities for tourism related business opportunities on land owned by GMW and within the Eildon township. As such, GMW seeks to gain a more detailed understanding of the market demand for Commercial Business Operators to occupy GMW land with a focus on retail and tourism.
Hence, this EOI process may be the first stage of a multi‑stage procurement process.
