Tender Description
The City of Mitcham (the Council) invites Tenders from Tenderers for the provision of Renewal of the kerb and watertable, footpath renewal and stormwater upgrades and associated civil works in Montrose Avenue and Bartley Avenue, Netherby. (The Works).
2.2 Information regarding the Works: 2.2.1 The Asset Planning Team has nominated stormwater upgrades, kerb and watertable reconstruction, permeable road pavement construction and footpath renewal, in Montrose Avenue and Bartley Avenue, Netherby as part of the 2020/2021 Capital Works Program. Following these reconstruction works, pavement rehabilitation will be undertaken by Council’s Contractors, including an asphalt seal.
2.2.2 Contractors should note that it is intended that the works commence in February 2021.
2.2.3 Reconstruction of Kerb and Watertable in Montrose Avenue, Netherby from Fullarton Road to Rentoul Avenue
2.2.4 Reconstruction of Kerb and Watertable in Bartley Avenue, Netherby from Claremont Avenue to Delamere Avenue
