Tender Description
The City of Albany is issuing this Request for Tender to identify and select a Contractor to process Organic Waste from the City.
The City currently operates a residential three-bin collection system consisting of General Waste, Commingled Recyclables and Organics (Garden Organics only). During 2021 the City intends to transition to a FOGO (Food Organics & Garden Organics) service which will add Food Organics to the Organics bin.
