Tender Description
Springwood Road State School intend to procure the services of a design and construct contractor to deliver the Water Reticulation Upgrade. This upgrade improves the service amenities for all current and future students. All Tenderers are to submit a Tender consistent with the enclosed Tender Documents.

Electronic tenders are to be emailed to ridgemill@ridgemill.com.au by 2:00 pm, Friday 27th November 2020. Any tenders submited after this date and time will be a non-conforming tender.
Site Visit Details
Tuesday 24th November, 9.30am at Springwood State School
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, guidance on how the site insepction will be conducted will be submitted. Any contractor not adhering to these guidlines will be removed from site.
No more then 2 No. people from each company to attend the site inspection.
