Tender Description
AMP Capital in partnership with Council through EDGE Inner West public arts programs is seeking Expressions of Interest from artist/s to create and install a three-dimensional contemporary artwork at the profile open space area on Smidmore Street, Marrickville.

The Project Team will answer questions and present an overview of the Marrickville Metro development, the curatorial approach to public art and commission updates, the Open Space artist brief, project scope and methodology.
Attendees will tour the site surrounds and have the opportunity to discuss ideas and questions with the team.

This latest EOI follows a first round of commissions as a result of an open call. Giant scale artworks by local and internationally renowned artists including Georgia Hill, Liz Shreeve, Helen Proctor, Fintan Magee, George Rose and Richard Briggs are on schedule for installation between September 2020 and April 2021.
