Tender Description
The Southern District Health Board is looking to partner with an agency or agencies to develop an integrated health and wellness hub in South Dunedin (Hub). The Hub may be established utilising existing infrastructure, or it may be a green field’s development. We are interested in hearing from:
- investors who may have suitable or modifiable accommodation available for this purpose,
- investors who wish to develop a custom-built site in a suitable South Dunedin location,
- Health and social service agencies that have experience to create cultural and institutional changes that allows other agencies to be involved in the co-design of an integrated, transdisciplinary care delivery service model provided from a centralised, professional, collegial multi-agency service delivery hub
