Tender Description
Tenders are invited for construction of civil works forming a part of the Cowell Foreshore redevelopment, in brief, comprising:
- an Aquatic Park including a 360 degree tower slide and other water features;
- a Nature Play Space including natural climbing elements, boulders, water channel (creek), soakage trench etc;
- associated furniture and fixtures, park shelters, seating and BBQ’s
- supply, plant, mulch and stake plantings;
- install hydroseeded grass
- retaining walls and paving;
- electrical connections.
