Tender Description
The Rangitikei District Council ("Council") wishes to appoint a consultancy firm ("Consultant") to deliver a Comprehensive Development Plan for the approximately 40-hectare industrial area at 1165, 1151 and 1091 State Highway 1, Marton, and to prepare a resource consent application for the Marton Rail Hub, to be located within that area.
