Tender Description
Blue Mountains City Council is looking to commission artwork for a new City Wide banner design to be printed and installed on street lighting poles across the town centres of Katoomba, Glenbrook and Springwood in February 2021.
This Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) seeks to select an experienced designer that will be appointed to provide artwork for the Council City Wide Banner design. The REOI is intended for experienced designers with a demonstrated understanding of the Blue Mountains local community and environment.
