Tender Description

Mareeba Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for the construction of the Hilltop Close Pipeline and Booster Pump Station. The works include, but are not necessarily limited to, the supply of all materials, plant and labour of whatever kind necessary for the following:

· Setting out of Works, establishment and disestablishment.

· Documentation, project management and compliance with all regulations.

· Liaison with Ergon for lodgement of connection application.

· Pipeline supply and installation.

· Booster pump station structure and associated internal asset construction and installation.

· Electrical and SCADA works.

· Alterations and cut-ins to existing water network.

· Protection works to existing underground assets of other authorities.

· Reinstatement of works damaged by the Construction activities.

· Inspection, testing and commissioning.

· Maintenance of works through defects liability period.

Any other item included in the contract documents and not detailed above.
