AWE Perth Pty Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsui E&P Australia (MEPAU) and is the operator of various onshore northern Perth Basin assets on behalf of itself and its joint venture partners.
AWE Perth Pty Ltd (“Company”) is planning to drill 4+2 development wells in the Waitsia Field, which is located some 17 km south-east of Dongara, Western Australia.
It is currently expected that drilling will commence in Q4 2021 or Q1 2022 subject to approvals being obtained from the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety and approval of the project Final Investment Decision (FID) which is currently planned for December 2020.
General Scope of Supply:
The scope of work under this procurement package is for the supply of casing and tubing collectively known as Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG). The Scope of supply shall also include the transportation, craneage and all materials and consumables required for the safe delivery of the OCTG to the Company’s Point of Delivery in metro Perth, Western Australia. Subject to final well design, the OCTG package may include:
• 20” conductor;
• 13-3/8” casing;
• 10-3/4” (slim hole) casing;
• 9-5/8” casing;
• 7-5/8” (slim hole) casing;
• 5-1/2” tubing;
• 4-1/2” tubing; and
• Couplings and pup joints in each of the casing and tubing sizes above.
