The Invitation to Tender is for the following design and construction project: A new Bush Fire Brigade Station in the suburb of Julimar
Project Overview: This project is to provide a commercial quality emergency services facility for the Julimar Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade. The project includes design and construction of a new facility on same site as the current fire shed. Other items as part of this project include removal of the old shed and some ancillary items interfacing/improving other facilities on the site.
NB: Two site activities will occur during the tender period. The first is a mandatory site inspection which will cover two sites. The second is optional and intended to provide tenderers an the option to refine their tenders based on inspection of a similar facility.
Site Inspection Details:
When: Tuesday, 10 November 2020
Time: 9.00am to 11:00 am
Where: Coondle Fire Station at 775 Bindi Bindi Road Coondle, then traveling to Julimar Fire Station Site 1415 JULIMAR Road Julmar.
Attendance of the designated site inspection is mandatory.

Time: 9.00am to 11:00 am
Where: Coondle Fire Station at 775 Bindi Bindi Road Coondle
The site open day is intended to allow follow up inspection by tendered to aid the development of tenders. Attendance is not mandatory.
