Tender Description
The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley has received funding from the WA Recovery Plan initiative for the development of the Kununurra Water Playground and is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for design and construction of the proposed facility.
The scope of the contract will include the design and construction of; the water playground, supporting plant room, change room / ablutions, landscape infrastructure, softscaping, lighting, signage and a 6 month maintenance period.
As part of the Expression of Interest process, the Shire is requesting concept proposals based on the nominated budget and the Principal’s Brief. The Shire has nominated to disclose the project budget in order to encourage Respondents to present their very best concept offers. Pricing will not be considered in the evaluation process, instead the Shire will be prioritise Value for Money based on qualitative considerations.
As part of this EOI process, the Shire’s evaluation panel will shortlist preferred EOI Respondent(s) for a detailed restricted tender process.
