⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking Tenders for a proposed Amenities (toilets, showers and changing rooms) for the SES Depot at 54 Thorn Street Ipswich.

Works to consist of:-

• Demolition of existing brick storage building

• Earthworks to provide level surface

• Services / Utilities

• Building Works (Amenities building)

• Associated landscape works to provide functional access from the administration building as well as the car park
