⁠⁠⁠Casuarina Prison New Units – New Accommodation Units and Support Buildings,  in 4 separable portions:
Separable Portion 1 – Security Fencing to Support 4 and Eastern Industries;
Separable Portion 2 – Support Building 4 and Eastern Industries Building;
Separable Portion 3 – Support Building 3 and Accomodation Units 19 and 20; and
Separable Portion 4 – High Security Precinct and Unit including Security Fencing.

Potential Tenderers must provide a signed Confidentiality Undertaking before documents are released to them.
