Boreen Point Campground Amenities Refurbishment

⁠⁠⁠Noosa Shire Council is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to undertake the refurbishment of the Boreen Point Campground amenities block, encompassing renewal and upgrade within the scope of work.

This is a lump sum construction contract with practical completion to be achieved by Wednesday 3rd March 2020.

Please NB: This Contract will be engaged under the attached Minor Works Conditions of Contract (AS4906-2002).

A mandatory information session will be held on site at 10.00am (AEST) on Wednesday, 11 November 2020 to allow Respondents to familiarise themselves with the site and project requirements (refer Part 1 below for further information).
