Expression of Interest - Retail Lease Opportunity

The Shire of Menzies is calling for Expression of Interest to lease the property at Lot 1094 Shenton Street ( the Old Tearooms/Butcher Shop) for the purpose of a convenience store/restaurant with the following conditions:

Council Will:

1. Fit out the building to suit the purpose of the leasee to Shire standard 
2. Consider 12 months free rent
