Wee Jasper Road Segment 68 & Good Hope Road Intersection Road Rehabilitation

Yass Valley Council manages an extensive road network of over 1,200km throughout the Local Government Area (LGA). Wee Jasper Road is a Regional Road that is maintained by Council and connects residents and visitors from Yass and surrounds to several tourist destinations at Wee Jasper as well as providing a link to Good Hope and Hume Park resorts on the back waters of Burrinjuck Dam. Wee Jasper Road is an integral part of Council's local roads system.

Council has identified Segment 68 of the Wee Jasper Road and the Wee Jasper/Good Hope Road intersection, for upgrade. This section of road is in poor condition and requires rehabilitation and widening to improve serviceability. Council, through a combination of funding through Transport for NSW Regional Road Repair Program and internal funding plan to undertake the works in the 2020/21 financial year.
