Tender Description
Kingswood Sports and Social Club Change Room Upgrade
The project is the refurbishment and additions to the existing two storey clubrooms at Kingswood Oval which are occupied by the Unley cricket club and the Unley football club. The scope of works is summarised as follows,
• Provision of new changeroom facilities and umpires room
• New gym, game day office and medical room
• Upgraded canteen and BBQ area
• New DDA compliant lift
• New upstairs toilets and storeroom
• Extended covered balcony
• Provision of temporary storage, club toilets and change facilities and public toilets during the construction works
The funding agreements require that building works are to commence by the 31 January 2021.
Eligible tenderers must be pre-qualified by the South Australian Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI Prequalification System for General Building) for projects of this size and value.
