Tender Description

A new day visitor area at Goondooloo Ridge within Deep Creek Conservation Park will be the first node of the Wild South Coast Way project to be constructed, with on-ground works expected to start in December 2020. A detailed design has been prepared and specification of the area which includes an accessible carpark and toilet, picnic tables and park signage.

DEW is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced building and civil works contractor to undertake on-ground works as per Shannon Architects design and specification to construct/deliver the following, including:

Carpark and entrance/exit road
Toilet block including two pit toilets
Water tank
Landscaping
Picnic zones and trail works
Traffic and park signage

The Works required under this Contract are detailed in Appendix 3 - Scope of Works.
