Tender Description
This Project is for the design and reconstruction of the bridge decking and handrails of a shared use bridge (pedestrian, cycle, and horses) that crosses the Onkaparinga River between Seaford Meadows and Noarlunga Downs (refer to location shown in Project Brief).
Note: does not include the bridge structure or abutments.
Contractors wil be required to:
- hold a current Building Contractors Licence;
- incorporate the use of recycled materials;
- minimise shutdown time;
- liaise with stakeholders regarding design;
- provide a preliminary design demonstrating their understanding of the design requirements as part of their response
- commence construction phase by April 2021; and
- complete construction work by June 2021.
