Tender Description
The Department of Communities is seeking to engage suitably skilled and experienced contractor(s) to provide managed ICT Services across its sites within the Perth metropolitan area and across the State of WA. Prospective respondents will be invited to submit Offers for one or more of the following Packages of Service:
Package 1: End User Service Delivery
Package 2: Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Management Services
Package 3: Security Management Services
A non-mandatory briefing to potential respondents will be conducted at:

Time: 10.00 am Western Australia
Location: via Microsoft Teams
The briefing will be held via Microsoft Teams. Potential respondents are to confirm their attendance by no later than 4.00 pm Perth Western Australia Time on Wednesday 27 January 2021 by contacting Tony Goh, Manager, ICT Contracts, as set out in Section 1.6 of the Request.
Potential Respondents must provide the name, title, company, email address and telephone number for each attendee registered.
A meeting invitation will be sent to all registered potential respondents prior to the briefing which will provide the access details for attendance.
