Tender Description
Healthy North Coast Ltd, trading as North Coast Primary Health Network, is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced consultants, researchers or academics to develop and conduct a process and outcome evaluation of the Mid and North Coast Health Pathways program.
Healthy North Coast is one of 31 Primary Health Networks established throughout Australia in 2015. We work alongside community members and health professionals to improve access to well-coordinated quality health care. Our aim is to work together to transform the health care system and reduce health inequities.
