Service and Maintain Telemetry and Camera Equipment at Queensland Dams Technical Services, a business unit of the Department of Natural Resources, Mines and Energy, invites you to submit a response to this Expression of Interest (EOI).

The department currently manages four dam sites in remote areas throughout the state. We are seeking to engage a suitably experienced contractor to service and maintain the existing telemetry and infrared camera equipment and install new and/or replace faulty equipment that meets the specifications of the project. Data collected from the equipment needs to be displayed on a web portal and available to the customer 24/7. The contract will be for an initial 2 year period with 3 x 1 year extension options.

The outcome of this EOI will be a shortlist of suppliers and not the awarding of a contract. The contract will be awarded following a competitive tender process.

Due to external constraints we are unable to facilitate a site visit as part of this EOI, though a site visit will be included as part of the tender process. A location map and inventory of equipment already installed at each dam has been included in the EOI.
