Lane Cove Council is proposing to undertake building works including the demolition of an existing building and grandstand and the preparation of a final design (for construction purposes) for the construction of a new pavilion and the construction of that pavilion at Tantallon Oval at 29A Epping Road, Lane Cove North.

Council intends to engage the services of suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake these works.

These works include the demolition of the existing building and grandstand, preparation of a design for construction purposes of the new pavilion and construction of the new pavilion to support the users of the oval. The facility will include a community room, kiosk, toilet amenities, change rooms, storerooms and a medical/umpire change room. External works include an external terrace, external barbecue area and access ramps and stairs and other associated works.

A site inspection will be held at the above address at 2pm on Tuesday 27 October 2020.
Council will liaise with the successful contractor regarding a commencement date in late 2020/early 2021.
